The Grey Treepie<\/strong>, scientifically known as Dendrocitta formosae, is a medium-sized bird belonging to the crow family, Corvidae. Known for its captivating white, brown, black, and grey plumage, the grey treepie<\/strong> exhibits unique behavior<\/strong> and characteristics that make it a fascinating subject for birdwatchers and wildlife photographers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The grey treepie<\/strong> is an arboreal bird that rarely feeds on the ground, displaying adaptability to cooler areas. Its diet<\/strong> is diverse, including invertebrates, reptiles, berries, seeds, insects, and nectar. Despite its wide distribution<\/strong>, the grey treepie is considered a species of Least Concern according to the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species. Chilla Safari<\/a> is a favourite spot for tourists in Rajaji National Park<\/a>, Rishikesh, India. It’s situated on the road between Haridwar and Rishikesh. It’s about 10 kilometers from Haridwar and 20 kilometers from Rishikesh. The park is home to many wild animals. These include tigers, elephants, deer, monkeys, wild boars, nilgai, foxes, sloth bears, peacocks, and various birds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
